The first step in your job search is to register with our statewide labor exchange system SCOTI by clicking the link above. Once you provide your employment history, work skills and other pertinent information, we can match your skills to available jobs in our area through our local database or assist you in accessing our national database.

Free resources for your job search

Our resource room is furnished with computers, printers, telephones, fax machines, an information library, ADA equipment for individuals with disabilities, plus a knowledgeable staff ready to help you get started. Our onsite computers allow you to access employment information on the Internet or to prepare or update your résumé. You can use our telephones to schedule job interviews, and our copiers and faxes to print and send your résumé to potential employers.

We cover topics such as Basic Computer Skills, Career Planning and Résumés, Job Interviewing, How To Use the Internet to Find A Job, and more. Visit our offices. We would be happy to sit down with you to access your needs. If we don't provide all the services you require, then we help you obtain information, referrals and meetings with various other agencies and community businesses who partner with us to assist in employment needs. We want to help you find the information and resources you need as soon as possible. You can print our registration form, fill it out and bring it with you to any of our four offices.
